Pablo has a passion for inspiring and developing people to create systemic change and transformation, in both their business and personal lives. A native of Argentina, Pablo has been working to integrate the artist he grew up thinking he would be with the business person he has become. Pablo holds both an MBA and a M.A. in Human Development. He hopes to inspire others to integrate the things they love into their lives.
Since Oct 2013, Pablo is Vice President for Global Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness at Gap Inc. based in San Francisco. Gap Inc. is comprised of six global brands: Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix. He works with senior leaders to accelerate their development, and shape the culture, strategy and operating model evolution. He has enterprise level responsibility for talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, executive and leadership development, assessment, coaching, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, innovation and organization effectiveness, and he oversees China and Athleta.
Before joining Gap Inc., Pablo spent 21 years at Cargill Inc. in a variety of roles that range from Strategy and Business Development (93-97), general Management of Corn Business (98-03), Go-To-Market Leader for Food Ingredients (Sales, Marketing, Product Innovation) (04-06); VP Learning and Development (06-11); VP Human Resources for a division of Cargill, including not only HR but also Change and Communications.
Pablo enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and five children, painting, hiking and fitness and sharing many adventures with friends.
